  • Drop-offs

Shred City services residential and commercial clients; no job is too big or too small!

On-site & Off-site Shredding | Drop Offs

Onsite shredding services in Northern California. Shred City

On-site shredding

Shred City will arrive at your location during the scheduled service date and time. Your bins, boxes, or bags are brought to the mobile shredder and you will witness the destruction through our truck’s video camera surveillance. All the documents are cross-cut shredded inside of the truck and once the service is completed, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction!

Offsite shredding services for a quick and easy shred. You still receive a Certificate of Destruction.

Off-site shredding

Off-site shredding is another option for commercial and residential clients who may want a more cost-effective solution. Off-site shredding is just as safe and secure as onsite shredding, it just employs different steps. Our certified customer service rep takes the boxes or bin(s) into our vaulted and locked trucks and transports them to a Shred City facility where they are safely stored and destroyed with our mobile shredder the same day. Once the process is done you receive a Certificate of Destruction.

Shred City in Shingle Springs and Union City, CA. Drop off your papers or media and watch it shred.

Storefront

Our vehicles are equipped with security cameras to record the shredding process so you may view your papers, hard drives, or media being shredded. If you are local and have just a few boxes or bags it is more cost-efficient to utilize our drop-off locations. Our offices are located in Union City and Shingle Springs for easy drop-off, or you can call in to make an appointment to witness the shredding.

Additional Info

Lastly, there is no need to remove paper clips, staples, fasteners, or rubber bands because our shredding equipment is durable enough to shred them! The only thing we cannot take are three-ring binders and X-Rays must be sorted separately.

For storefront locations, our Shingle Springs office is open from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. For our Union City office drop-offs are available from 3:00-5:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays (all other days by appointment only).
