Drop off your paper

At our storefront locations Shred City offers drop-off and by-appointment services to our customers! If you live close by or have a smaller quantity of documents to shred, dropping off may be best for you. Our storefronts are the same as our mobile shredding services: we can take paper, hard drives, media, and E-Waste. Read more about media and E-Waste drop-offs further down the page.

Appointments

If you want to come to our storefront but need to watch your documents be destroyed, you can set up an appointment with us. We just need your name, phone number, and the amount of boxes you want to bring by and we will call you on a day our mobile shred driver will be at our storefront during business hours. Appointments are typically only open for weekday afternoons. Please call us if you need special arrangements.

Drop-Offs

A drop-off is the quick and easy way to handle your document destruction if you want to drop by. Dropping off consists of one of our representatives weighing your documents, then locking them in a secure bin until our mobile shred truck driver & security officer comes back from his route at the end of the day and shreds them. You also receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

Media / E-Waste / Other Material Drop-Offs

We can take hard drives, media, E-Waste, and X-Rays for drop-off shredding. However, the cost of each of these varies and they must be separate if you are also bringing in paper documents.

If you are unsure, read more about what constitutes as media or E-Waste and what Shred City accepts for shredding here.
